Submit an Event
Is your college, department, or student organization hosting an event during the first two weeks of class in Spring 2020? Would you like it to be included in Week of Welcome marketing? If so, please use the submission form below to share information about your event. Also, be on the lookout for announcements in K-State Today about all-campus planning meetings. All campus departments that anticipate hosting an activity are encouraged to send a representative to the meeting.
The next all-campus planning meeting will be held on December 12 at 4:00 p.m. in the Center for Student Involvement conference room, 114 K-State Student Union.
Spring 2020 Week of Welcome will take place Tuesday, January 21 - Saturday, February 1.
Submission Deadlines
- December 2 - to be included in print marketing of master schedule for Week of Welcome
- January 10 - to be included on Week of Welcome website

Marketing Requirements
Please include the following items on all Week of Welcome event marketing materials:
- Utilize the Week of Welcome logo, click here to download
- Include a link to the WOW website, for example: "Explore more Week of Welcome events online at wow.k-state.edu"
- Include the marketing tag, "#WinterWOW"
